POTENTIAL HOME VALUE APPRECIATION INDEX

 

 

The potential home value appreciation index is based on a system of 1-10 with 10 being the best or highest potential value appreciation of a particular home. The index number is derived from a multitude of factors that include past appreciation performance of the home, of the area or neighborhood where the home is located, the school district, convenience of transportation and shopping, and commuter ease for work. This number gives the homeowner or future home owner a basis to determine how likely it is that the home will increase in value over different time intervals.
